Need to tow 87 Samurai. Have a good tow bar DEMCO Excali-Bar model 9511006 Plan to order Base Plate #1003-1 plus Adapter kit RM-032 and Wiring Kit #38955 Is this correct for this vehicle and tow bar?

Yes, the Roadmaster Classic Base Plate Kit, part # 1003-1 is the correct base plate kit for your 1987 Suzuki Samurai. The Roadmaster Tow Bar Adapter, part # RM-032, that you selected will allow you to use your Demco Excali-Bar Tow Bar.
For lighting or wiring, you could use the item you referenced, Hopkins Tow Bar Wiring, part # 38955. If you will not be towing your Suzuki often, you could just go with the Magnetic Towing Light Kit, part # RM-2120, and connect to the vehicle each time you were towing it.
To complete your towing setup, you will need safety cables, and a supplemental braking system.
The Roadmaster Coiled Safety Cables, part # RM-643, will keep your vehicle attached to your motor home if your tow bar were to disconnect from the hitch ball.
Most states require using a supplemental brake system when flat-towing a vehicle. The Roadmaster Portable Braking System, part # RM-9400, would be a good option to help you slow down faster and help reduce wear on your motor home brakes.
I have linked an FAQ on tail light diodes and an FAQ on flat-towing.
