Location of Fill Fittings on Valterra RV Water Tank # R8072
Question:
I want to use your #R8072 water tank in the flat position, being height 8 inches. The way the 3/8 openings are positioned, there would not be one on top and bottom, unless the other end not shown is different. My question is, is the connections on both ends the same? If so, can I have one made differently? Thanks!

The Valterra RV Water Tank # R8072 referenced in your question can really be mounted in any position. As you mentioned, there are three 3/8 inch fittings on each end. These fittings are indeed in the same position on both sides, but because ADS tanks are solvent weldable, fill fittings can be added anywhere on the tank.
