5th Wheel Hitch Options for Pickup with B&W Gooseneck Hitch Installed  

Question:

Does anyone know if a Husky EZRoller 5th wheel hitch will fit the Curt 5th wheel gooseneck adapter plate? The distance between the attachment rails on the Husky hitch is 18 inches. Thanks.

5th wheel base rails use standardized dimensions and spacing to allow for a 5th wheel from one maker to work fine in base rails from another hitch.

The Curt X5 Adapter # 16310 shares these standard rail dimensions but it cannot be used with slider hitches like the Husky, only with fixed (non-sliding) hitches.

If you have a B&W gooseneck hitch already installed in your truck the better option is to use their mating Companion hitch # BWRVK3500 for a long bed or their slider version # BWRVK3400 for a short bed. These drop right into the center hole and provide a 5th wheel attachment without need for adapters.
