Why Would Trailer Marker Lights Come on When Trailer is Plugged into Shore Power
Question:
Last time this happened I plugged in the truck and they went off. This time I tried it again when it just happened, but this time the parking lights blew a fuse they’re still on. I’ve cut the trailer plug off but they’re still on as well

You have a short somewhere. It's possible your RV has the "hot-skin condition".
RV hot-skin is a condition that causes the body of trailer to hold an electrical charge due to a fault in the ground on the shore line power outlet. Since trailer lighting grounds through the frame of the trailer this will short out trailer wiring potentially and is most likely while your taillights are still on.
The faulty ground at the shore line outlet will be detected by the Camco RV Power Defender Voltage Analyzer part # CAM55310.
