I could not find a reference to that hitch anywhere. If you could tell me the manufacturer, or possibly send in a photo I may be able to help you; I assume you are looking for the hardware to install and while I cannot guarantee you we have it if I knew the manufacturer and model I could take a look.

Thank you for the photos, from them it looks like you have a Demco Hijacker and the FWH-24P is actually the head, but from your other photo it looks like you have the SL model. I spoke with a representative of Demco and they told me that what you would need to install the hitch in your 1998 Toyota T100 are base rails # DM6012, which will run front to back, along with custom brackets # DM8553012.
