The Camco Power Grip Generator Adapter for RV Power Cord # CAM55422 referenced in your question is rated for 125V/3750W.
This is a really nice adapter that will allow you to connect your RV's 50-amp power plug to a 30-amp twist-lock outlet on a generator. The 4-Prong twist-lock design also prevents the cord from disconnecting as the generator vibrates. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also check out.
