I spoke with my contact at Westin about the Westin Perfect Match Replacement Bumper 31000, 31001, and 32000 Replacement Pads, # 00007147. This is a 4 piece set that replaces the pads on a Perfect Match series 31000, 31001, or 32000 bumper. Out of the 4 pieces, it does include a piece for the center where the ball would go that covers that area of the bumper.
Since this kit is specifically designed to fit the Perfect Match Bumpers listed above, it will not fit any other models.
