Does this coupler come with the bolts so that I can attach to my trailer ?

The Demco Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler # DM12925 does not come with hardware. You'd need to provide that to complete the install. The bolt holes are 1/2 inch in diameter. You'd want to use Grade 5 or higher hardware.
