7-Way Trailer Wiring Harness Recommendation for 2012 Nissan Frontier with Kick Panel Harness

Question:

I have a 2012 Nissan Frontier. While it did not come with the factory tow package, the prior owner installed the 4 pin pigtail and the relay/jumper behind the dash. If I now want a 7 way hook up for towing a trailer with brakes, do I need a different relay/jumper behind the dash, or is the relay/jumper that was installed originally to gain trailer lights via 4 pole wiring, the same one that is needed for the 7 way? Can I do what I want with your part #118267, or do I need your #118266? Thanks for your help.

Since you have the relays and kick panel harness already installed on your 2012 Nissan Frontier the correct product you'd need to convert your 4-way to a 7-way is the part # 118267 that you mentioned.

The # 118266 includes the harness and relays you wouldn't need so it would be more than you'd need.
