Recommended Battery Charger To Charge and Maintain Trailer Battery
Question:
I have a battery isolator installed on my trailer battery #10 15 amp fused wires from my tow vehicle battery to rear of the tow vehicle . What else do I need to keep my trailer battery charged? On a typical night I will use 24 amps at 12v

If you are using 24 amps per night and will be camping for a while, you may want to consider using the Redarc In-Vehicle BCDC Battery Charger # 331-BCDC1225D. Not only will this allow you to charge your trailer battery much faster from connection to your vehicle, but it also allows you to have a separate power supply like a solar panel to charge your battery and will give you the most power from each or the combination of the two with the internal regulator.
