Determining Pin Box Number on 1991 Travelaire Rustler Trailer

I have a 1991 Travelaire Rustler, looking at getting a reese sidewinder but I do not know what pin box came stock with the trailer. Model No: RW220DG Serial No: 2TT220DG9M1R20640

I do have a way for you to determine what pin box type you have on your trailer, however I was unable to locate the model using the information you provided, as it looks like Travelaire is no longer in business. If you cannot find the pin box manufacturer's name and model number on the king pin itself, you can measure to find a correct replacement.

In order to determine your pin box model number, you will first need to identify its style (see attached image). Once you know what style pin box you have, you will then take a few measurements along the pin box. I have attached a great article that will walk you through this process, which includes a comprehensive chart that cross references the measurements you find to the correct pin box model. Once you are able to determine what pin box you have, you can then select the correct Reese Sidewinder replacement.
