I checked with Bestop and the Instatrunk Custom Cargo Area Storage Unit # B4270201 measures 11 inches high x 11 inches deep x 35 inches wide when installed in your 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. This will give you 2.7 cubic feet of storage space which is lockable; I've added a link to the install instructions for you to take a look at as well.
