Electric Bike Hitch Mounted Rack Fit on a Jeep Wrangler with Rear Spare Tire
Question:
Will the Hollywood Racks #HLY84FR fit on a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with a normal size spare mounted on the back. I have a 2inch hitch receiver. Just wonder if the rack will clear the spare tire? Thank you

The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE 2-Bike Carrier for Electric Bicycles - 2" Hitch - Tilting # HLY84FR will not fit on your Jeep with the spare mounted to the back, the shank is not long enough to clear your spare tire. The measurement from the face of the hitch to the closest part of the rack is 7-1/2 inches when in use and 5-1/4 inches when folded.
You can also use the Kuat NV 2.0 Base # BA22B which will also allow you to load bikes but will not allow folding for storage. The closest part of this rack when folded down is 11-3/4 inches.
