Is B&W Gooseneck Hitch 5th Wheel Adapter Plate Compatible With Auto Sliding Hitches?

can this unit be used with a demco hijacker autoslide?

The Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitches # 16310 is not compatible with Autosliding hitches like the Demco Hijacker AutoSlide. If you look at the product page for the Demco Hijacker Autoslide # DM8550035 or 18K # DM8550034, Demco states it cannot be used with rails that are part of a gooseneck adapter plate-base rails must be securely bolted to your truck. This is simply due to the weight that is moving as you drive putting so much torque on the hitch.
The manual sliders and fixed hitches do not have that movement so they are compatible with this Curt X5 adapter.
