The Aries Grille Guard part # AA1044 for your 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee will not allow for you to retain the factory tow hooks. The grille guard will attach to the same spots on the frame rail that the tow hooks use. The tow hooks will need to be removed but the bolts holding the tow hooks to the vehicle will be reused.
Unfortunately, none of our bull bars or grille guards will allow for to retain the factory tow hooks.
