Replacement Lid for Older Ventline RV Roof Vent

Need replacement lid for an old Ventline model, this looks like it. Do you know what it fits?

The Replacement Lid for RV Roof Vents # CAM40148 referenced in your question is designed to replace the lid on Ventline vents manufactured before 2008, so this might very well be the correct lid.
In order to be sure this will work, I recommend taking a quick measurement on your existing vent, as this lid is designed to fit 14 inch x 14 inch vents. Also take a look at the hinge style on your unit. If it features the same continuous metal hinge like what is on this lid, then it will work great. I have attached an image of this hinge style that you can compare to.
