Can the Swivel Stik Tank Rinser Be Used on the Valve Side?

Can this be used on the valve side and snake through?

The Swivel Stik RV Black-Water Tank Rinser w/ Flexible Extension # CAM40074 can be used on the valve side and snaked through. The issue would be the black water running back toward you and not having the hose to catch and direct that waste water.
If you were only using this product for grey water, then it would work fine for that application.
