Thank you for the photos, they were very helpful; we do have replacements for the AL-KO 8490 hubs with a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern you have, though to make sure you get the correct replacement you need to take apart your hub assembly and look at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them.

For example, Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-655-35-K has inner bearing # L68149, outer bearing # L44649 and is rated for 3,500 lb axles with a 10" diameter. Based on the photos you sent it seems very likely this is the replacement hub you need. If you find out you have different bearings please let me know and I'll be happy to get you the correct part. I've added a link to a video review of this hub for you to take a look at as well.

Apart from price, the only difference between hub and drum # AKHD-655-35-K and the Dexter hub and drum # 84656UC3-EZ is that the Dexter product is for E-Z Lube axles while the other assembly is not. So if your axle is an E-Z Lube axle you would want to use the Dexter assembly. Otherwise the standard # AKHD-655-35-K would work great. I've added links to reviews of both parts for you to take a look at as well.
