Does your inverter not have an outlet on it to accept a cable? If it does we may have one that you can just plug in and not have to hardwire anything. If you are not sure what kind it is you can email me a picture of it.
Otherwise there is nothing stopping you from hardwiring replacement pigtail # A10-30PFVP to your inverter. But as far as whether or not it is permissible to do so is a question for the inverter manufacturer. Can it be done? Most likely, yes. Will it void the warranty on the inverter? Also likely yes. That is why if you do have an outlet on the inverter it would be best to plug in a cord if there is one available.
