Mounting Hardware to Attach Yakima PowderHound Ski Carrier to SportRack Roof Rack

Question:

I bought a set of SportRack crossbars for my 2014 Jetta sedan. I want to fit a set of Yakima powderhound ski holders to this rack. I tried a set of Yakima SNARs, but they fit the SportRack crossbars in the wrong orientation. Will the Y8860040 fit the SportRack crossbars?

Replacement Mounting Hardware # Y8860040 does fit the square SportRack roof rack crossbars. But keep in mind this is just one foot. You would need a total of 4.

Another option is to get a set of Universal MightyMounts, # Y03590. This is a set of 4 and they are compatible with the PowderHound ski carriers.
