2 Bike Platform Bike Rack Recommendation for Rear of RV

Question:

The information on this rack states that it is not for an RV. Why would this rack not be appropriate for an RV that has a 5000 lb. tow capacity?

At the rear of a trailer or RV the ride quality is very rough when compared to the ride quality at the rear of a passenger vehicle. Reason being the suspension isn't as sophisticated and there is a longer distance between the rear axle and the rear of the trailer which exaggerates the movement of the trailer when hitting bumps. Because of that only a few bike racks were designed to be reinforced enough for that type of use.

The most similar bike rack that is RV approved would be the Swagman Dispatch part # S44FR which is a platform bike rack that holds two bikes. It grabs the bikes at the frame of the bike though instead of the wheel like the Thule.
