Sorry about the miscommunication, the Chevrolet C/K is the category that your items will be located. The Chevrolet C/K was Chevy and GMC's full-size pick up truck line from 1960 til 2000. The "C" indicates two-wheel drive and the "K" indicates four-wheel drive. The C/K pickup truck was replaced with the Silverado in 1999. This is why it is listed like this on our site. I have attached a link on this help page that will get you to the fit guide for base plates your vehicle.
If your 1995 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 is not a 1 ton or a diesel, I have a solution for your vehicle. The Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit with Removable Arms # 131-15 is what I recommend. These hidden brackets attach to your Chevrolet Pickup's frame to provide attachment points for your tow bar. The visible portions of the brackets can be removed when you are not towing.
An important tip with the aforementioned product is, your vehicle must have a 3" measurement when taken from the centerpoint of the lower-most threaded hole, on the frame side, to a center-line dissecting the rear-most elongated hole on the bottom. (See attached diagram on this bracket answer page).
Another option is the Roadmaster MX Base Plate Kit with Removable Arms # 131-3.These base plates are designed specifically for heavy-duty applications, MX series brackets install onto your Chevrolet C/K Series Pickup's frame to provide attachment points for a motor-home-mounted tow bar. Front arms are easily removable when not in use.
Your Vehicle must have a 1-1/4" measurement when taken from the centerpoint of the lower-most threaded hole, on the frame side, to a center-line dissecting the rear-most elongated hole on the bottom.
I have product instructions and help articles about these products attached for your reference.
If you need other parts to flat tow your truck just let me know and I'll be happy to make additional recommendations.
