Recommended Air Ride Pin Box for 2014 Heartland Cyclone 3010

I have a 2014 Heartland cyclone 3010 with a Lippert item #342255 SN #028-000212282 looking for a replacement hitch with air not sure which one i need. Reese or Air ride? Trailer is about 16000 lbs would a 21000 hitch be to much?

For your 2014 Heartland Cyclone 3010 from what I can find online, you have a 1621 HD pin box from Lippert. For air ride, the only options we have currently available are both from Reese. The Reese 5th Airborne Premium Fifth Wheel Air Ride Coupler # 5AB-E1621-610 is a straight pin box and we actually have a video of this installation on a Cyclone trailer that I've attached. The 21,000 lb capacity will not be too much and will not make the ride too rigid because your air ride is adjustable.
If you have a short bed truck then I recommend the Reese 5th Airborne Premium 5th Wheel Air Ride King Pin w/ Sidewinder # RP61422 instead. This will move the pivot point of your trailer back 22 inches to allow better turning clearance. This system has the combination of air ride and better turning clearance.
