The Classic Accessories 9-Foot Pontoon Boat # CA69660 has a total weight of right around 71-pounds so it is certainly not much heavier than many well-equipped kayaks and canoes.

But unlike those boats # CA69660 is made of three separate pieces, the two pontoons (that have quick inflate/deflate valves) and the sturdy tubular steel frame. This means that once you've finished your day's paddling you can easily separate those three components and handle each individually as you load them back into your vehicle.

This pontoon boat is classified with a Class I River rating. This means it is suitable for use in fast-moving water with few obstructions, but not for use in rivers that have rapids. If you do not intend to use it in rivers but instead in a pond or lake it will provide both excellent comfort and stability.

The boat includes features such as oar locks, seat and footrests that are all adjustable for your comfort and 2-piece 7-foot aluminum oars come with it too. Classic Accessories covers your boating investment with a 2-year limited warranty.

If you'd like to take along a pontoon repair kit one is offered, part # CA32005, and a hand pump is available too, part # 052963611113.
