Parts Needed to Tow a 25,000 Lb 5th Wheel Trailer with a 2018 Ford F-350
Question:
I have 2018 f350 and I am wanting to install a BandW gooseneck hitch in it but I also need a 5th wheel hitch! The BandW 5th wheel hitch is only rated for 20k and my truck is rated for more than that is there another hitch that will work with the BandW gooseneck hitch that is rated more ? I have a 25k 5th wheel trailer!

I do have both gooseneck and 5th wheel hitch options for your 2018 Ford F-350 but you will need to choose between one or the other. As you mentioned, the B&W Companion part # BWRVK3500 for fixed or part # BWRVK3400 for sliding is only rated at 20,000 lbs. They do make adapters like part # 16310 but they also only have a 20,000 lb towing capacity.
The correct B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for your F-350 is part # BWGNRK1116. It has a 30,000 lb towing capacity. I have attached a review video of the hitch for you to look at as well.
The only 5th wheel hitch we have with a 25,000 lb towing capacity is the Curt Q25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # C16265 which is designed for 8' beds. If you have the 6-3/4' bed then you will also need to install a Sidewinder on your trailer. In order to install the above 5th wheel hitch on your truck you will need to use an installation kit like the B&W Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit for Ford part # BWRVK2402. I have also attached a review video of this hitch for you as well.
