The best "bang for your buck" tuner for your 2008 Ford F-250 with a 5.4 liter engine is the Superchips part # SU1845 which can give you up to 25 horsepower and 49 ft lbs of torque.
The other option you might be interested in is the Superchips Dashpaq part # SU1060 which gives the same power but also functions as gauge display that allows you to set what engine parameters you'd like displayed on the screen in real time.
