Which setting on the brake seems like it will rub my fender on middle hole and as well the bottom and how tight do you tighten the nuts

The stock front tire on a 2011 H-D Street Glide is a 130mm width (size 130/70-18) which is 5.1-inches wide. Our range of motorcycle wheel chocks is shown on the linked page.
