Parts Required to Install Derale Class III Transmission Cooler D13503 in 2015 Toyota Prius v
Question:
Are there special fittings for Toyota? Metric adapters for the transmission cooler
asked by: George D
Helpful Expert Reply:
You should not need any extra adapters to install a transmission cooler such as the Derale Class III cooler # D13503 in your 2015 Toyota Prius v with 1.8L engine so long as your transmission lines are 5/16-inch. This cooler is the most popular option for your Prius and it installs using the included Insta-dapt radiator adapter. In some cases alteration of the OEM lines or hoses may be required for installation.
