Will the AirLift Airbags Part # AL57390 Work with a B&W Turnoverball on a 2001 Ford F-250

Question:

I have a 2001 F250 short bed 4X4 with the BandW turnover already installed. I just ordered a fifth wheel that comes with the Reese revolution king pin with the wedge system. Im also about to install the air lift load lifter 5000s part # 57390 and didnt want to install them if its going to interfere with what I decide to go with. Also I already have the bandw companion hitch but since I cant use the BandW companion in the turnover with this trailer since it has Reese revolution wedge system what option do I have if I dont want rails in my bed. I was looking into the Reese elite part # RP30073 under the bed puck system but wasnt sure if I needed to take my BandW turnover system out to be able to bolt the elite system in and if the load lifter would interfere? I also was sure if the BandW part# BWRVB3300 would work with the Reese elite and the Reese revolution pin box? Any suggestions?

The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57390 are a confirmed fit for your 2001 Ford F-250 and will work nicely with your existing B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # BWGNRK1108. The only thing you will want to make note of while installing the airbags is to use the bolt supplied with the B&W hitch to attach the upper airbag bracket to the inside of the frame rail.

I do have a solution for you but the Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit for Reese Elite Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # RP30073 is not your best option as it will require you to remove the B&W Turnoverball you currently have. Although the B&W Companion Slider part # BWRVK3400 is not compatible with your Reese Revolution King Pin Box, you can transfer the head of the sliding unit to a non-sliding base that will fit your B&W Turnoverball and work with the Reese Revolution. For this you will want to use the Replacement Base for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVB3500.

I have attached an install video of the airbags for you to reference as well.
