For your 2006 Ford F-350 dually the best hitch setup around will be the B and W Companion hitch like the part # BWRVK3400 for if you have a short bed and need a slider hitch for cab clearance, or the part # BWRVK3500 which is a fixed hitch and would be the hitch to use if you have long bed truck.
To install this in the bed of your truck will require you to use the rail kit part # BWGNRK1108-5W which is custom fit for your truck.
