I'm a bit confused with all the 2's and 1's on the info page of the ball mount cuz I aint great with my numbers. Can you exsplain the dimensions and whatnot?

No problem whatsoever, as there do seem to be quite a few 1's and 2's in the product description for the Curt Forged Ball Mount # C45456. It has a weight capacity of 20,000 lbs and fits in 2-1/2 inch trailer hitch receivers.
It will also give you either 1/2 inch of drop or 2 inches of rise. It also has a maximum tongue weight capacity of 2,700 lbs and will accept a hitch ball with a 1-1/4 inch diameter shank such as # 63840. I've added a link to a video review of this ball mount for you to take a look at.
