Accessory Needed to Install Rightline Gear Cargo Hatch Saddlebag to 2014 Ford Explorer

We have a 2014 Ford Explorer . We have a roof rack but only the front to back factory installed side rails . Is there a picture of the accessory needed to strap the bag to the side bars . Other than this question ,your video and website do an excellent walk thorough of your product. Thank you for your help

Glad that you found the product info useful! To answer your question, if your 2014 Ford Explorer has the front-to-back side rails but no crossbars that go side-to-side across the width of the vehicle then you would not technically have a roof rack, just the side rails. With that being the case, in order to use the Rightline Gear Cargo Hatch Saddlebag # RL100B90 you'd need to use the Car Clips for Rightline Cargo Hatch Saddlebag # RL100605; you can see this clip and how it attaches to a car without a roof rack in the accompanying photos.
It works by threading the hooks onto the saddlebag straps and then over the top hatch of your Explorer. The hooks are also made of rubber so you will not have to worry about them harming your Explorer's finish in any way.
