The correct engine block heater for the 2.4L I4 engine in your 2002 Honda CR-V is the Kat's Heaters Custom Engine Block Heater part # KH11419. There are several freeze plugs on your engine block but Kat's recommends using the one located on the passenger's side of the engine closest to the firewall. This location is labeled as "RR" in the attached photo.

I also recommend using the Kat's Heaters Plug Cover part # KH28405 to prevent corrosion buildup on the plug of the power cord while not in use.
