Will the Thule OutWay 3 Trunk Mount Bike Rack Fit a 2005 Volvo XC70
Question:
Will the Thule OutWay 3 Bike Carrier, part # TH56BV fit a volvo 2005 xc70? I will have two children's bikes as well one has 12 tires and one has 16 tires. Do I need anything extra for these to be carried on the rack.

According to Thule, the OutWay 3, # TH56BV, will fit your 2005 Volvo XC70. In order to determine if the children's bikes will fit, the tire size is not the deciding factor. The frame size is what is important for a hanging rack. While the rack has narrowly spaced arms (6-1/2 to 10-1/2 inches measured outside to outside) that will hold a wide variety of bikes, you may find that you need an adapter bar, # TH982XT for any bikes that will not fit or have an alternative style frame.
