Gooseneck and Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for 2010 Ford F-150

I currently have a airlift ride control part number 59568 on my 2010 f150 with an 8 foot bed, looking to install a gooseneck hitch what are my options. thank you in advance

The # AL59568 that you have is not designed to allow a gooseneck hitch to install so you'd have to replace or remove the kit before installing a kit like the B and W # BWGNRK1104 that you referenced.
Typically the Timbrens like part # TFR1504D (which fits your vehicle) is the best option as it is compatible with goosenecks.
