I went out to the warehouse and measure the mounting flange bolt pattern and found it to be about 2-13/16" as is shown in the attached picture.
If you convert 2-13/16" to decimals it comes out to be 2.812" which is very close to the 2.83" that you measured. These brakes should mount just fine to the mounting flange that you have if it measures 2.83" between the bolts center on center.
