Is Prostrobe Rocky 8 Pro White Windshield Light PRS70747 Waterproof for Outside Use
Question:
Are these lights water proof? Can it be used on outside of the car?

Expert Reply:
The Prostrobe Rocky 8 Pro White Windshield Light # PRS70747 is not waterproof since it is intended to mount to the inside surface of a vehicle windshield using the included suction cup mounts. It is more than bright enough to shine through a windshield. It is so bright that the packaging includes a warning not to look directly at the light!
The standard cigarette lighter style plug (with 10-foot cord) fits into the power receptacle inside most vehicles.
The Rocky 8 uses LED technology to deliver bright and reliable high-efficiency lighting. LEDs use a small fraction of the power required by standard incandescent or halogen lights and they save you from having to periodically replacement worn out bulbs.
