Recommended Suspension Enhancements for a 2003 Toyota Sienna

Question:

Thanks for your help. You guys are great. It turns out that I need new rear shocks for my 2003 Toyota Sienna. What is my best option now that I have to replace these? Should I just buy a better shock with increased weight capacity? Thanks for your advice.

I do have a very similar type of rear suspension enhancement option for your 2003 Toyota Sienna but SumoSprings currently does not have a fit for your vehicle. Instead, I recommend taking a look at the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TTORSEN.

The Timbren's will do an excellent job of eliminating rear end sag, reducing body roll, and improving handling. In addition to the above features, the Timbren's will also increase the life of your existing suspension components. They come with a lifetime warranty and are a much more popular option in comparison to SumoSprings.

A higher rated shock absorber will not help with any weight bearing activity and would in turn make your vehicle's suspension less effective. If you will be towing or adding any weight to the rear of your Sienna, then you will still want to consider the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TTORSEN. The Timbren springs act as a buffer between the suspension components taking some of the stress off of them which in turn decreases wear life and improves handling.
