Bike Rack that Fits 2011 Subaru Forester that Will Fold up and Clear Rear Bumper

Question:

Sir, I have a 2011 Subaru Forester with a Uhaul 1.25 inc the hitch. From the center of the hitch pin hole to the back of the bumper I have 6.25 inch clearance. We have a Raleigh Detour 2 women’s step thru bike and a Raleigh C30 men’s bike. I was interested is knowing if the Swagman S64683 bike racks would fit on my SUV and be able to tilt up? I was also interested if the Saris SA4412B rack would fit on my SUV? Thanks,

When the Swagman bike rack part # S64683 is folded up it has 6 inches from the center of it's hitch pin hole to the nearest part of the rack when folded so it would not clear.

The part # SA4412B doesn't fold but would easily clear the rear bumper so it is a viable option as well.
