Easy to Use Platform Style Bike Carrier for Bikes with Fat Tires
Question:
is there another way to get a fat bike off this rack other than to lift it up over ones head and the center 90 degree center piece like he does in the video? I highly doubt that I would be able to lift a heavy fat bike up that high to get it off this rack. looking hard for a rack that will work for me and has good customer reviews. thanks

The upright arm on the Saris Freedom 2 Bike Platform Rack for Fat Bikes part # SA4412B-FB can be tilted downward toward the ground to eliminate lifting the bike up and over the arm but the bike will need to be tilted towards the vehicle to allow for the frame mount clamp to clear the bike while folded.
A better option for you would be to use the Saris Freedom SuperClamp part # SA4025F as this bike rack will not require you to lift your heavy fat bike up and over a tall upright arm. This rack come with a hitch and bike lock to keep both your bike rack and bikes safe and secure. If the tires on your fat bike are more than 4-1/2" wide then you will want to consider using the Fat Tire Adapter Kit for Saris Freedom Bike Racks part # SA4419.
I have attached a review video of the SuperClamp bike carrier so you can see all of its features in action.
