The Kenda 4.80-12 Bias Trailer Tire with White Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range C, part # AM30660 will be the correct size tire and wheel for your trailer.
What you will need to check is the load range of the tire that is recommended for your trailer and it should match the other tires on your trailer. The load range is listed on the tire as load range B or load range C in the 4.80-12 tire size.
The load range C tire which is included in the # AM30660 has a maximum load capacity of 990 lbs at 90 psi. The load range B tire will have a maximum load capacity of 785 lbs at 60 psi. If you need the load range B tire with a white wheel, you would order the Kenda 4.80-12 Bias Trailer Tire with White Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range B, part # AM30580.
Special trailer (ST) tires should be inflated to the maximum air pressure that is stamped on the sidewall of the tire for longevity of the tire and maximum carrying capacity.
I am including a link to a FAQ page on trailer tires.
