Replacement Wheel and Tires for 2000 Layton 3710

Question:

Hello, I am purchasing a 2000 Layton model 3710, 38foot travel trailer. It weighs 9,659 pounds. The trailer has been parked and has sat in the same place for the last ten years. The tires appear to be completely flat. I need to buy four new wheels with new tires so the trailer can be safely towed. The tire size is 225/75R15 C loaded range. I do not know how many lugs it will need. Not sure if it will need 5 lugs or six. Can you please possibly help me find out which lugs this tire is supposed to have? I am on Long Island in NY, and the trailer is in Cape county New Jersey over 400 miles away, and there is no one there with the trailer who can help me. Please let me know if you can help, and if you carry/sell the 225/75 R15 C loaded range tires, and how many lugs, five or six. Thank you for your time.

Based on the tire size you listed, the weight of your trailer and the number of axles you almost certainly have 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern hubs. The part # TA24VR is the tire size ST225/75R15 that you have and is mounted on a 6 lug wheel that would work well.

The capacity for each Load Range D wheel and tire is 2,540 lbs at 65 psi and has a speed rating of 81 mph too.
