Will the Saris Freedom 2 Bike Platform Rack Fit on a Toyota RAV4

The Saris Freedom 2 Bike Platform Rack # SA4412B that you referenced is compatible with both 1-1/4" and 2" hitch receivers.
To see if you can use the Freedom you will simply need to measure from the center of the hitch pin hole to the furthest edge of your rear bumper. If that distance is shorter than 12" then you will be able to use this bike rack.
If you do not have a trailer hitch already installed, just let me know the year of your Toyota RAV4 and I can make a recommendation for you.
