Question:

I have a 2003 ford f-250. The truck has Reese under bed rails with the pucks in the floor. I need to buy a 5th wheel hitch and a sliding one since I have the 6.75 bed. Camper gvwr is 14,000 for weight spec

Expert Reply:

Since you already have the Reese Under-Bed Rail Kit # RP30073 installed on your 2003 Ford F-250 the best solution for a sliding 5th wheel hitch is the Reese Elite Series # RP30144 5th Wheel Hitch.

This 5th wheel hitch uses a single-piece wraparound jaw for a secure fit that offers superior jaw-to-king-pin contact. The head has a 4-Way pivot feature which helps to hookup your trailer on uneven ground much easier. It also comes pre-assembled which saves you about an hour of assembly time.

The included 7-Way allows you to install a 7-Way in your truck bed (if you don't already have one) to make connecting and disconnecting your trailer much easier.

I have attached a review video for you to check out as well.
