Can Blazer Mini Amber Warning Light Bar # C4855AW be Hardwired and Permanently Mounted

Could this be hard wired as well as permanently mounted?

If you cut off the cigarette lighter portion of the Blazer Mini Amber Warning Light Bar # C4855AW you'd have two wires that you could then hardwire if you wanted to. Also if you wanted to come up with a way to permanently mount the light as well that's also possible although we don't have a recommended way of doing that.
