Is Drilling required to Install the Bully Swing Out Step # AS-550 on a 2004 Ford F-350 Super Duty?

Some applications do require drilling to install the Pilot Automotive Truck Bed Swing Out Step # AS-550, but not all.
Since some trucks already have an access hole drilled you would not need to drill a whole in that case. You will simply need to check under your 2004 Ford F-350 to determine if you need to drill a hole or not.
If you do need to drill out a hole then you will want to start off with a 1/4" pilot bit first and then inlarge the hole using a 1/2" bit as is demonstrated in the attached installation video (mark 1:45) on a 2003 Ford F-150.
