For a 2 inch receiver like the Curt # C13011 you mentioned, the locking hitch pin I recommend for ball mounts and accessories is the Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches - 2-5/8" Span # 63232. This lock has a threaded pin that will grab onto a block inside the ball mount or accessory to hold it tight and keep it from rattling.
