Question:
DOES THIS LATCH ALSO COME IN A RIGHT HAND VERSION? IM ASSUMING IT IS ALL THE SAME PARTS, JUST ASSEMBLED IN A RIGHT HAND ARRANGEMENT.

For a right hand version of the Paneloc Heavy Duty Spring Latch # F720-282U108 referenced in your question, you will just want part # F720-272U108. This features the same 3 inch long x 1-1/4 inch wide dimensions along with its stainless steel construction. There is a distance of 1-3/4 inches from center of hole to center of hole horizontally on the bracket.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this spring latch that you can also take a look at.
