I have a couple of projects where the most convenient install location would be outdoors. Are these safe to use in an area that may get wet?

Expert Reply:
The Roadmaster Hy-Power Diode # RM-790 is sealed so it would be alright to use in an outdoor setting. You wouldn't want to submerge it underwater but it would work just fine if it got some rain or snow on it.
