Recommended Base Rail Adapter to Use Husky 5th Wheel Hitch with 2018 GMC Sierra 2500

I have a Husky 5th wheel hitch 16K #31326 and need an adapter for the GMC prep package for my 2018 2500HD. Is adapter C16023 compatible? Please contact me. Thank you

I do have a solution for you, however the Curt Adapter Rails # C16023 referenced in your question will only fit with Curt trailer hitches and will not work for your existing Husky 16K hitch.

I instead recommend using the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter # DM6194. This adapter will mount to the factory pucks in your 2018 GMC Sierra 2500 and allow you to use your Husky 16K FIfth Wheel Trailer Hitch. This rail kit is compatible with any fifth wheel trailer hitch that mounts to industry standard, above-bed base rails.
